Our world today is in turmoil – nothing seems secure. The world is not perfect, and the church certainly isn’t, but neither is it all bad. While we are far from being perfect, that doesn’t mean we have nothing to offer. God is relevant in today’s world as much as ever. We have stories of hope, joy and encouragement to share, and we need to share these good stories. Why not come and hear some good news! Back to Church Sunday on 27 September 2009 is an opportunity for you to try church again. This is a national event which began in 2004. Last year 37,000 people came back to church following an invitation from a friend. This year many more churches will be involved.
Our services will be held at 10.30 am and 6.30 pm on the 27 September. It would be really great to see you there! Please feel free to bring friends or family with you.
If you want to make a difference in this world, why not be part of a local church where you can help to contribute to the needs of the local community
